What contact cleaner should I use on my belly button piercing?

I have renu contact cleaner but idk if that's okay to use I just got it done yesterday.

What other products can I use to clean it?|||H2Ocean is recommended by some professional piercers. It's very wonderful in helping piercings heal, but it's not all that your piercing needs to heal. You could probably get it at a local tattoo/piercing parlor, if not then you can get it from websites like Hot Topic. Although soap and water may be helpful, sea salt and warm water is better and definitely helps with healing. The recipe for sea salt water is: 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon pure non-iodized sea salt for every eight ounces.|||If you're dead set on using a contact solution, you must find one that's 100% saline. Renu is not saline, you cannot use it on your navel piercing.

But you can make your own sea salt solution for much cheaper. 1/4 tsp of noniodized sea salt per 8 fl oz of water. Use warm in a small glass as a direct soak for 15 minutes or so, twice a day. Sea salt is really cheap, you can find it for less than $5 at your grocery store.

EDIT: In response to another user's suggestion H2Ocean is actually not recommended by all professional piercers. My APP certified piercer does not recommend this. It's meant to be used as a cold rinse, not as a warm soak. It is not as beneficial as a sea salt soak.|||use soap and water and buy some H2Ocean.

It's made for piercings to help them heal.
